Obverse: the official coat of arms of the Republic of San Marino; around the border the inscription “REPUBBLICA DI SAN MARINO”; below the name of the artist “A. NAPOLIONE”.
Reverse: on the left a female half-bust representing the Republic of San Marino, with a helmet on her head; the motto LIBERTAS is outlined on the hem of the neckline of the dress. On the right a female half-bust symbolizing the Italian Republic, with a turreted crown on her head. The two women raise an olive branch in the center. The inscription RELAZIONI SAN MARINO ITALIA, the value 20 EURO, 2023 and the author's initials Sandra Deiana SD complete the coin.
