How do I find a product on the site?

You can browse the entire catalogue using the navigation menu or the text search at the top of the page. Once you have entered a specific category, you can carry out more detailed searches using the menu on the left, which allows you to filter data by category, theme, year and price.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

The invoice is placed inside the parcel.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum purchase amount.

Do I have to register to place an order?

Registration is required to place an order.


How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Which credit cards are accepted?

The accepted cards are Visa and MasterCard.

Is card payment safe?

Of course, we use the Nexi 3D Secure system for credit card payments, one of the most secure methods for online payments.


When will my order be shipped?

Our logistics are active from Monday to Friday, the order is prepared and dispatched as soon as payment is received.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?

The notification of defective or damaged values with request for replacement must be sent by e-mail, no later than 15 days from receipt of the package. DFN will indicate its willingness to process the request indicating the time and manner of reimbursement or replacement of the product or will indicate the reasons that prevent it from doing so within 30 working days of receipt.
