Therefore, access to your personal data will be expressly authorized by the Data Controller, who, if necessary, may appoint the subjects to whom he addresses for the provision of services and for the activities within his competence as Data Processors to norm of the articles 28 and 29 of the GDPR. A: A: The data processed by the Poste San Marino S.p.a. reside in servers located within the territory of the European Union. In these cases, the personal data also reside in servers located in the United States, but always in compliance with the provisions of articles 45 and following of the GDPR.
