The set is made up of two values: the stamp dedicated to Verdi shows a scene from Aida, opera made on the occasion of the inauguration of the Cairo Opera Theater in 1871. The value dedicated to Wagner reproduces the cycle of four epics operas called “The Ring of the Nibelung”, especially the Rhinegold, the Valkyrie, Siegfried, Twilight of the Gods.
