In a free interpretation by the author of the sketch, the stamp depicts a beach with the
sea and maritime pines. In the centre, against the backdrop of a lawn, is the fountain of Milano Marittima and the villa
of Giuseppe Palanti di Milano Marittima. The stamp is completed by colourful fish and the official logo
of the 100th anniversary of Milano Marittima. The legends “SAN MARINO”, the value of the
stamp “1.00”, the name of the designer “Stefano Morri”, the year of issue and the
printing company that handled the printing complete the design.
