The sheet is completed by an allegory of kites and balloons reminiscent of stamps and coins. The sheet is completed by the coat of arms of the Republic of San Marino, the legend '30th Anniversary of the Autonomous State Philatelic and Numismatic Agency', the coat of arms of the Autonoma di Stato Filatelica e Numismatica and the legend 'Legge 26 maggio 1981 n. 42 Statuto dell'Azienda Autonoma di Stato Filatelica e Numismatica' (Law No. 42 of 26 May 1981 Statute of the Azienda Autonoma di Stato Filatelica e Numismatica). Each stamp bears the value, the legend “San Marino”, the printer, the year of issue and the names of the designers of the sketch 'G. Macina-S. Saragoni" are featured.
