70th anniversary of the foundation of the Institute for Social Security

The founding of the ISS enshrined the right to health for all San Marino citizens, guaranteeing access to health and social-health services based on the principles of universality, equality and solidarity. The stamp depicts a doctor with people of various ages next to the arch of the former San Marino Misericordia Hospital, a symbol of the assistance and protection provided by ISS to citizens throughout their lives.
