tokidoki T-shirt gift box

A gift box containing a T-shirt (sizes S, M, L or XL) and a leaflet paying tribute to tokidoki and, in particular, to Libertas, the official mascot of the Republic of San Marino’s Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka. Created by the artist Simone Legno, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of tokidoki, Libertas embodies the Republic’s key symbols: the Three Towers, which are also depicted in her eyes; the white and blue feathers of the coat of arms; her green hair, evoking nature and Mount Titano; and the fan, a tribute to Japan, the host country of EXPO Osaka 2025.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for a size exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Return Instructions
Product Integrity: Returned items must show no signs of use and must be in completely intact condition.
Mandatory Authorization: Prior authorization from Poste San Marino S.p.A. is required before initiating a return, via email notification and acceptance.
Authorization Request: The customer must send a request to info.dfn@poste.sm within 7 days of receiving the goods. The email must include the item code and order number, specifying whether a size exchange or a refund is requested.
Shipping Instructions: Upon receiving the request, Poste San Marino S.p.A. will send the customer detailed instructions for the return.
Agreed Shipping Methods: Return shipments must be made exclusively using the methods agreed upon via email.
Unauthorized Shipments: Unauthorized shipments or those with packaging defects will be rejected.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return and any re-shipment are entirely the customer's responsibility. Initial shipping costs (outbound) are non-refundable.
In-Person Delivery: Returns cannot be dropped off directly at the headquarters of Poste San Marino S.p.A.
Extra-EU Shipments: For countries outside the European Union, any customs and import duties or fees are the customer's responsibility. Return shipments for refunds originating from these countries are not free, and all accessory charges are borne entirely by the buyer.

Types of Compensation
The customer may choose between two compensation options:
Size Exchange: It is possible to exchange the item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. Only one merchandise exchange is permitted per authorized return.
Refund: Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted. Amounts will be credited back to the customer's account with Poste San Marino S.p.A.
Please Note: The returned items must reach the headquarters of Poste San Marino S.p.A. (Strada Borrana n. 32, 47899 Serravalle – Republic of San Marino) within 14 days of the email authorization granted to the customer by Poste San Marino S.p.A.

Terms and Conditions
Condition of Garments: Products must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must not show any signs of use.
Exceptions for Size Exchanges: In the case of a return intended for a size exchange, the box and stamp do not need to be returned since they will not be re-sent; however, the garment must be properly packaged to prevent transport damage.
Defective Merchandise: If the customer receives defective merchandise or if shipping errors occur on the part of Poste San Marino S.p.A., the procedure described above must be followed. The company reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return.
Complete Return: For the complete return of an entire order (t-shirt, box, and stamp), all component elements must be completely intact and free of any defects.
Poste San Marino S.p.A. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
For all aspects not expressly mentioned in this policy, current European regulations on distance selling shall apply.
