In order to promote and increase the diffusion of philately among the young, Michela Claretti, exstudent of the University of Design of San Marino, created Mr Stamp. The folder contains a souvenir sheet made up of 16 different values of €0.25 and two postcards with views of San Marino (Government Building and City Gate), that can be coloured with crayons and franked with the attached stamps, creating funny characters.
