San Marino celebrates the bicentenary of Napoleone Bonaparte’s death with an exhibition and a stamp. The value reproduces Napoleone Bonaparte and Antonio Onofri’s profiles, particulars taken from the reverse side of a golden medal, preserved in the Stamp and Coin Museum of San Marino, issued in 1969 and dedicated to Napoleone’s bicentenary birth anniversary. The Republic of San Marino and the Republic of France’s coats of arms are depicted on the strip, as reported on the obverse side of the medal.
