50th Council of Sammarinese Citizens Living Abroad

The role, which the Council has fulfilled in over 40 years of its activity within the life of the Republic, testifies to the soundness of the socio-cultural plan that prompted its establishment. This is why we have chosen to celebrate it with this emission: the work represents two overlapping worlds, two citizenships that enter into a relationship; the colour and brushstrokes render this encounter softer and more human.
