On 5th August 2021, Myles Nazem Amine Mularoni won the bronze medal in wrestling, category 86 kg, at the Tokyo Olympics, a memorable edition for San Marino. The blue-and-white wrestler snatched the medal against the Indian Punia, winning the bronze tie-off in the final minutes with a result of 4-2. The reverse of the coin depicts two athletes engaged in a free fight, in memory of the victory of the bronze medal.
